Our company’s mission statement is summarized in these words from our Executive, Novella: “I have never accepted compromises in quality, teaching my children that a mediocre job cannot have a future”.
Our company has grown over the years, increasing production and slowly incorporating our children into the organisational chart in the most important departments. Francesco specialises in programming production machines; Monia is a talented designer, taking care of study and stylistic coordination; and Domenico, our latest arrival, manages the production.

Monia, Francesco e Domenico Mancinelli, hanno contribuito negli ultimi anni a far crescere l’azienda fondata dal padre Elio e dalla madre Novella integrandosi alla perfezione nei tre settori cruciali della loro attività.
Francesco, esperto programmatore tecnico da oltre venti anni, sviluppa e coordina la parte tecnologica dell’azienda, Monia designer e responsabile “stile” coordina e gestisce i rapporti con le aziende, mentre Domenico dirige e monitora il reparto produzione e logistica dell’azienda.
