Chemical Risk Management:
4s CHEM Protocol

We have decided to address the risks associated with toxic and hazardous chemicals in a structured way by adopting the 4sustainability® Chemical Management Protocol (4s CHEM). This system implements the ZDHC MRSL (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) with a rigorous methodology, aiming to gradually eliminate harmful substances to protect human health and the environment.

Our operational path includes:

The appointment of an internal Chemical Manager and a dedicated management team.
The mapping and qualification of our supply chain, identifying chemical risk categories.
The application of the 4sustainability® PRSL (Product Restricted Substances List) for the qualification of raw material suppliers.
Constant monitoring of wastewater quality and atmospheric emissions related to our production.

Waste Management: Practices aimed at reducing waste production and increasing reuse and recycling.
Responsible Sourcing: Preferring recycled, regenerated, certified, or organic raw materials, and prioritizing local district partners to minimize logistical impacts.
