The sector manager, along with the company owners, constantly keeps an eye on all processing and production phases .

Traditional Sewing Method

Linking and tailoring department.
Linking finesses from 3 finesse to 24 finesse, with hand-made finishes.
Tailoring department: cut and sew, stitching, linear machine, two needles and three needles cover stitches, shell embroidery stitch (Merrow) sub-stitches, zig zag.
Manual Processing Department for embroidery, hand-made and crochet.

Finishing, ironing and packaging department.
Knitting buttonhole machine, sartorial buttonhole machine, button-sew-on.
Garment testing department before product shipping phases.

Our internal laundry consists of:

N ° 1 Union Washer/Dryer Machines With Perchlorethylene
N ° 3 Miele Industrial Water Washers
N ° 3 Miele Industrial Dryers

Able to wash all types of yarns, from wool to cashmere, and through various methods avoiding cockling and wrinkles or altering the starting material.
